REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
We take care with each and every item we create.
If you have received a faulty item we will happily refund or exchange it for you.
Our return policy is a 30 day return for refund or exchange on your item.
After 30 days we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange on your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging. Please note when handled our raw items may discolour quickly due to residue and oil on your skin, if your item is discoloured we may not be able to refund or exchange it.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not able to be exchanged for cash.

REFUNDS
When we received your returned item we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and if a refund has been approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be deposited into your preferred bank account. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds will not be offered on Custom made items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please note that refunds may take a day or two to appear in your bank account. If your refund has not been received after 5 business days please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged sorry.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that artworks may have some inconsistencies within the metal or shape. Raw items will begin to rust from the day that they are made, especially if exposed to the elements. But if you are unhappy with your item in any way please don't hesitate to get in touch.

RETURN SHIPPING
​
The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All of our items will have an Australia Post or TOLL freight tracking number. Additional insurances or tracking is available, if you wish to purchase please get in touch prior to ordering.
SHIPPING
Small to medium Artworks
Our smaller items are delivered via Australia Post and are dispatched within 7 days of your order being received. All items come with a tracking number, if you wish to purchase additional insurances please let us know prior to ordering.
Our items are packaged using sturdy cardboard cut to size, and we reuse waste items from our workshop such as bubble wrap and cardboard to minimise our use of single use plastics and our carbon footprint.
Larger Artworks and Fire Pits
Our larger Artworks and Fire Pits are delivered via TOLL freight and are dispatched within14 days of your order being received. All items come with a tracking number, if you wish to purchase additional insurances please let us know prior to ordering.
If you require an item urgently by a specific date please order well in advance as delays are occuring across all freight and delivery companies due to COVID-19.
Pick up is available with prior arrangement. Once your item is ready you will be notified and asked to contact us to arrange a time.
